Antibacterial and Antifungal Filtration Material

Short Description:

Bacteria and fungi in the air can be intercepted by physical filtration, but this can lead to bacterial proliferation on the filter material. We use advanced and safe metal-organic antibacterial technology, combined with post-finishing technology, to successfully form an effective protective layer on the surface of the filter fiber. This protective layer prevents microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, and molds from interacting with the lipids in the cell membrane, thereby destroying its integrity, causing an interruption in the exchange of materials inside and outside the cell, and ultimately leading to its death. In addition, our products also have the characteristics of directly interfering with bacterial DNA replication and transcription processes, further inhibiting the growth and reproduction of microorganisms. Our products therefore have a very reliable effect against bacteria, fungi, mold and other microorganisms.

Antibacterial and Antifungal Durability

We simulated the long-term antibacterial and antifungal effects of the filters in the purifier after operating for a certain period of time. The result is as follows:

●Environment 1: Smoking room environment, continuous operation for 109 days

○Conclusion: antibacterial rate ≥99%, antifungal level 0

 

●Environment 2: Conference room environment, running continuously for 180 days

○Conclusion: antibacterial rate ≥99%, antifungal level 0
