The PALAS NANO PLUS 4000 testing platform has been successfully launched

On December 22, the company introduced the MFP Nano Plus 4000, a fully imported German Pallas HEPA/ULPA filter material filtration performance testing system. This advanced testing platform is an industry game changer, providing precise measurement and analysis of the filtration performance of filter materials. Particle size ranges from 5 nm to 1 µm.  MFP Nano Plus 4000 is equipped with a U-SMPS nanoparticle measurement device, which can evaluate the filtration efficiency and minimum penetration particle size (MPPS) of filter media, meeting the testing requirements of the ISO29463-3/EN1822-3 standard.

The need for reliable, efficient filtration systems is becoming increasingly important, especially as air pollution increases and the continued threat posed by air pollutants continues. Whether in residential, commercial or industrial settings, filter materials play a vital role in maintaining a clean and healthy indoor environment. However, until now, determining the filtration performance of these materials has been a challenge.

With the introduction of the Palas HEPA/ULPA filter material filtration performance test system MFP Nano Plus 4000, companies can now accurately measure and evaluate the performance of their filter materials. The innovative test platform has been assembled and debugged in the company since August 23 and has been successfully put into use. Its advanced features and functionality make it an essential tool for any organization involved in the production or use of filtration media.

One of the main features of the MFP Nano Plus 4000 is the ability to measure the graded filtration efficiency of filter media. This parameter defines the filter's ability to remove particles of different sizes. High-efficiency filtration systems are designed to capture particles of all sizes, ensuring clean, breathable air. MFP Nano Plus 4000 accurately evaluates the performance of filter media in capturing particles of different sizes, providing valuable insights into the overall effectiveness of the filtration system.

In addition, the MFP Nano Plus 4000 can measure the initial classification efficiency and MPPS of filter media. Initial classification efficiency refers to the filter's ability to capture particulate matter when it is first installed and used. This measurement provides important information about the immediate performance of the filter media and helps determine whether it meets the required requirements. MPPS, on the other hand, represents the smallest particle size at which the filter exhibits maximum penetration. This parameter is crucial for understanding the limitations of the filter and optimizing its performance.

By accurately measuring these performance parameters, the MFP Nano Plus 4000 enables organizations to make informed decisions about their filtration materials. It enables them to identify any shortcomings or improvements needed, ensuring the production of high-quality filters that meet industry standards. Additionally, this advanced testing system allows the company to enhance the design and development of filtration systems that improve air quality and better protect against harmful particles.

The MFP Nano Plus 4000 is a testament to the company's commitment to providing cutting-edge technology and solutions to its customers. It represents a significant investment in excellence and underlines the company's commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry. With this state-of-the-art testing platform, the company can now provide customers with comprehensive, accurate filtration performance testing services, solidifying its position as a trusted partner to the filtration industry

In summary, the Palas HEPA/ULPA Filter Material Filtration Performance Test System MFP Nano Plus 4000 is a revolutionary tool that brings a new level of accuracy and reliability to filter media evaluation. It is capable of measuring the graded filtration efficiency, initial classification efficiency and MPPS of a filter material, providing valuable insights into its performance. With this advanced testing platform, companies can ensure they produce high-quality filters that effectively remove harmful particles, creating a cleaner, healthier indoor environment. The MFP Nano Plus 4000 is truly a game changer in the world of filtration performance testing, enabling organizations to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
